Imperialism

We have previously discussed the differences between “colonialism” and “imperialism”, but it is useful to refresh. So, whilst colonialism describes the place of settlement/colonial control (e.g. India, Aotearoa/New Zealand/Algeria), imperialism refers to the metropolitan centre (e.g. the United Kingdom and France).
